It was soon after moving back to Wilmington that Michael started the company while working a day job for an internet company as well as in a restaurant at night, and bought a fixer upper here and there until it grew a little more. Over time he dropped one of the two other jobs, took on numerous projects simultaneously, eventually moving to real estate full time. Since then, we have been been steadily helping homeowners with specific needs or problems sell properties that may not be a fit to put on the market in the more traditional manner.
